Spectators: 5755 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 5) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lucian Negulescu got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Love Moschino's Avram Lobonț got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Adrian Miroiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Claudiu Itu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucian Negulescu struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Horaţiu Popeangă didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Smirna. After 21 played minutes Smirna got a freekick which was hit by Francisc Moiș. After having played for 23 minutes, Mihnea Marchidan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Love Moschino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mihnea Marchidan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Horaţiu Popeangă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisc Moiș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Smirna's Francisc Bratu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Avram Lobonț, made in the 28th minute of the game. Albert Roşu's late challenge caught a Smirna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albert Roşu helped the player get up and apologised. Albert Roşu kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Lucian Negulescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horaţiu Popeangă having to interfere. Horaţiu Popeangă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucian Negulescu in the 34th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Avram Lobonț threw the ball into play from the sideline. Smirna's Francisc Bratu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucian Negulescu in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horaţiu Popeangă prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Claudiu Itu struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Horaţiu Popeangă didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Smirna. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentin Marian made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Love Moschino got a freekick which was hit by Albert Roşu. After having played for 54 minutes, Francisc Moiș managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The supporters of Smirna booed when Love Moschino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihnea Marchidan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Mihnea Marchidan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Love Moschino's zone, Adrian Miroiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horaţiu Popeangă came out of the goal and Adrian Miroiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Avram Lobonț made in the 70th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Filip Braica. Horaţiu Popeangă was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Lucian Negulescu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lucian Negulescu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Lucian Negulescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Smirna's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucian Negulescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horaţiu Popeangă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucian Negulescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Horaţiu Popeangă was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Lucian Negulescu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lucian Negulescu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Vintilă Olariu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Marian in the 88th minute of play. Horaţiu Popeangă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Miroiu in the 90th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Love Moschino's goal looked a bit too open when Lucian Negulescu came free, but Horaţiu Popeangă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucian Negulescu scored 0-3 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Horaţiu Popeangă, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Love Moschino fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Smirna were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
