Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Karl-Michael Brask started the match with the kick off. The Batalionul U23 Dorobanti fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Karl-Michael Brask looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Andrei Roman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Michael Brask, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute of the match Batalionul U23 Dorobanti got a corner. Girleasa CSM's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ponce Cruzado ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 11th minute Mugurel Crăcană shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Kelemen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Igor Kelemen throw himself and got hold of the ball when Mugurel Crăcană in the 11thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 14th minute, Rareș Hănescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Batalionul U23 Dorobanti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 17th minute, Prudencio Quirce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tauro Doro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrei Roman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wagner Doro went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Andrei Roman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Michael Brask, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrei Roman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mugur Bejan, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Karl-Michael Brask sped through Girleasa CSM's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andrei Roman. In the 43rdth minute of the game Karl-Michael Brask who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Girleasa CSM's Andrei Roman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cristinel Ponor made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Batalionul U23 Dorobanti booed when Girleasa CSM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Ogășanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl-Michael Brask got free with Andrei Roman in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ponce Cruzado struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Andrei Roman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Batalionul U23 Dorobanti. Tauro Doro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Girleasa CSM's zone, Karl-Michael Brask stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrei Roman came out of the goal and Karl-Michael Brask tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Karl-Michael Brask sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andrei Roman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Karl-Michael Brask sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Karl-Michael Brask could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Andrei Roman made a huge save. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Girleasa CSM! The throw-in from Prudencio Quirce in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Ponce Cruzado. In the 67th minute, Prudencio Quirce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Girleasa CSM's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Karl-Michael Brask scored to the left of an out of position Andrei Roman, making the score, 0-7. Andrei Roman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl-Michael Brask went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Ernie Ball was substituted for Karl-Michael Brask. Ernie Ball scored 0-9 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrei Roman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82nd play minute Ernie Ball came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Andrei Roman. 0-10. Mădălin Geamănu charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mădălin Geamănu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mugur Bejan got a throw-in 88 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Paul Stoian. Andrei Roman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernie Ball in the 96th minute. Girleasa CSM's Andrei Roman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ponce Cruzado in the 99th minute of play. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
