Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cristian Popic made the kick off which started today's match. Girleasa CSM's Cristinel Ponor got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Girleasa CSM's Andrei Roman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Popic in the 6th minute of play. If Cristinel Ponor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristinel Ponor took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francisc Aldulea. Francisc Aldulea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Valer Otețea lost his temper 19 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 18 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Girleasa CSM! In the 20th minute there was a penalty for Viltotesti AFC. Andrei Alexe stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Andrei Roman. 1-1. Andrei Roman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Popic, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 28 minutes into the match, Viltotesti AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Crăcană came free, but Francisc Aldulea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Iurie Căliman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Girleasa CSM's supporters rose to their feet, but Iurie Căliman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisc Aldulea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andrei Roman came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Viltotesti AFC's Cristian Popic. But to his dismay, Cristian Popic quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 36 minutes of play, Viltotesti AFC's Constantin Ghelmegean made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrei Roman was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th minute Cristian Popic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Roman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Viltotesti AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Crăcană came free, but Francisc Aldulea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mugurel Crăcană's late challenge caught a Viltotesti AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mugurel Crăcană helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Girleasa CSM's Mugurel Crăcană got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mugurel Crăcană stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Viltotesti AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Iurie Căliman came free, but Francisc Aldulea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Pavel Arseni fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viltotesti AFC's protests and gave Pavel Arseni a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Viltotesti AFC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Pavel Arseni hit a great ball. Sergiu Tăbăcaru hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the game, Iurie Căliman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Girleasa CSM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Viltotesti AFC the free kick. A collision led to Girleasa CSM getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Iurie Căliman hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Pavel Arseni reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Andrei Roman. The goal made the score 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Arseni in the 75th minute of play forced Girleasa CSM's goalkeeper Andrei Roman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viltotesti AFC's Francisc Aldulea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugurel Crăcană in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th minute Mugurel Crăcană shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisc Aldulea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Girleasa CSM's goalkeeper Andrei Roman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pavel Arseni. The supporters of Viltotesti AFC booed when Girleasa CSM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nae Baicea didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Constantin Vrânceanu got free with Andrei Roman in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th minute Cristian Popic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Roman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute of the match, Cristian Popic tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Andrei Roman saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Viltotesti AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
