In the 10th minute Son Bomberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noh Gol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olimpiu Buricea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Son Bomberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Rossi was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Villiam Alströmmer in the 24th minute of play forced Red Dogs's goalkeeper Alexander Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexander Rossi came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Fotbal Club Brasovia's Tudor Vrabie. But to his dismay, Tudor Vrabie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Red Dogs's Alexander Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Villiam Alströmmer in the 30th minute of play. Alexander Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ştefan Aelenei in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tudor Vrabie in the 36th minute of play forced Red Dogs's goalkeeper Alexander Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Son Bomberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexander Rossi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niculae Cângea's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. After 43 minutes, Niculae Cângea made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Red Dogs's Alexander Rossi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Red Dogs players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fotbal Club Brasovia were winning 0-2.

Red Dogs's Alexander Rossi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Red Dogs from getting a goal against them. Fotbal Club Brasovia were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Red Dogs's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Son Bomberg took the corner. Muchsin Razak thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Alexander Rossi, a very annoying self made goal in the 52nd minute which led to 0-3. In the 56th minute Olimpiu Buricea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noh Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fotbal Club Brasovia's Ştefan Aelenei got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Red Dogs's Alexander Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Son Bomberg in the 59th minute of play. Tudor Vrabie scored 0-4 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexander Rossi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ştefan Aelenei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 69 minutes into the match, Fotbal Club Brasovia's goal looked a bit too open when José Maria Almiron came free, but Noh Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Villiam Alströmmer's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alexander Rossi firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 72nd match minute, Fotbal Club Brasovia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig-Arne Malm to maneuver through the defense. Fotbal Club Brasovia's Noh Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barry Zalm in the 80th minute of play. Alexander Rossi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alexander Rossi made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Villiam Alströmmer sent off a good shot on target. Ştefan Aelenei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Rossi having to interfere. Noh Gol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Maria Almiron, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After 94 played minutes Red Dogs got a freekick which was hit by Iulian Mantu. The Fotbal Club Brasovia supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fotbal Club Brasovia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
