In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fotbal Club Brasovia's goalkeeper Noh Gol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Corneliu Stănoiu hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Fotbal Club Brasovia's goal looked a bit too open when Costin Malcoci came free, but Noh Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valer Perișoară took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noh Gol. Noh Gol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Costin Malcoci managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's supporters rose to their feet, but Costin Malcoci was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Noh Gol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 42 minutes into the game, Valer Perișoară was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fotbal Club Brasovia the free kick. The supporters of Fotbal Club Brasovia booed when FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucrețiu Sfetcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Son Bomberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Noh Gol came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Horia Chioreanu. But to his dismay, Horia Chioreanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. In the 94th minute Tudor Vrabie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucrețiu Sfetcu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noh Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Nasta in the 97th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
