In the 8th match minute, Olympic CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toni Ylönen to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Ernesto Esposito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iosif Gabrea. Jacul's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernesto Esposito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Robert Chitimia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Józef Mlynarczyk having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Jacul's goal looked a bit too open when Joélson Paiva came free, but Iosif Gabrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Diculescu in the 19th minute of play forced Olympic CF's goalkeeper Józef Mlynarczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iosif Gabrea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Esposito, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Olympic CF's Ernesto Esposito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iosif Gabrea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 25 minutes into the match, Joélson Paiva notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Jacul's Iosif Gabrea. Iosif Gabrea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Joélson Paiva sped through Jacul's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Iosif Gabrea. After some careless play in the Jacul defense, Joélson Paiva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iosif Gabrea. The Jacul fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iosif Gabrea should have stopped the shot. 36 minutes into the game, Joélson Paiva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Iosif Gabrea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ernesto Esposito took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iosif Gabrea. Iosif Gabrea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After having played for 68 minutes, Denis Lera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jacul's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Lera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Denis Lera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joélson Paiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Iosif Gabrea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olympic CF's Joélson Paiva was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 85th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Antônio Urbano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Iosif Gabrea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joélson Paiva did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-13 to the left of a surprised Iosif Gabrea 90 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Robert Chitimia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olympic CF played a much better game than Jacul and deserved their victory. The Jacul players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
