Spectators: 7979 (Terracing: 5985, Seating: 1835, VIP seats: 159) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ernesto Esposito took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dacian Cristoiu came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Fotbal Club Brasovia's Tudor Vrabie. But to his dismay, Tudor Vrabie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 16th minute Ernesto Esposito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noh Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Villiam Alströmmer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Dacian Cristoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fotbal Club Brasovia's Emanuel Balaci got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Ernesto Esposito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Villiam Alströmmer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Son Bomberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dacian Cristoiu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. When Olympic CF's Ernesto Esposito in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fotbal Club Brasovia's goalie prevented a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Fotbal Club Brasovia's goal looked a bit too open when Horaţiu Dijmărescu came free, but Noh Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liviu Bulcă charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Liviu Bulcă the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Olympic CF getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Liviu Bulcă hit a great ball. Olympic CF's Dacian Cristoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Son Bomberg in the 41st minute of play. In the 44th match minute, Fotbal Club Brasovia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Son Bomberg to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Olympic CF's goal looked a bit too open when Tudor Vrabie came free, but Dacian Cristoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Son Bomberg was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Noh Gol managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Olympic CF's Ernesto Esposito fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Fotbal Club Brasovia's Villiam Alströmmer in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olympic CF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 61st minute, Mădălin Bocșan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dacian Cristoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Villiam Alströmmer in the 67th minute of play. Dacian Cristoiu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tudor Vrabie went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 73 minutes into the game, Vintilă Tolea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fotbal Club Brasovia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olympic CF the free kick. In the 73rd match minute, Fotbal Club Brasovia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vintilă Tolea to maneuver through the defense. Vintilă Tolea kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. With his leg Noh Gol managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when Olympic CF's Ernesto Esposito fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Olympic CF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Emanuel Balaci was slow to take the kick. During this time Fotbal Club Brasovia's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Fotbal Club Brasovia getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Enrico Ingegno hit a great ball. Olympic CF's Mădălin Bocșan shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 88th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Noh Gol but with some difficulty. If Tudor Vrabie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petrică Colceriu hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fotbal Club Brasovia had played much better football throughout.
