In the 5th match minute, -BZF-Magica Steaua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ümit Yüksel to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the match, BVB 09's Maxim Sfetcu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rutenio Guzmán narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 8 minutes -BZF-Magica Steaua's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Doru Balint who took care of the corner kick. BVB 09's Doru Balint was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rutenio Guzmán in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When BVB 09's Maxim Sfetcu in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye -BZF-Magica Steaua's goalie prevented a goal. BVB 09's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Iustinian Elefterescu scored to the left of an out of position Zygmunt Koprowski, making the score, 1-0. Zygmunt Koprowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustinian Elefterescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basarab Iorgovan hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Sergey Link hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iustinian Elefterescu got free with Zygmunt Koprowski in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 22 minutes into the game, BVB 09's Maxim Sfetcu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rutenio Guzmán made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 27th minute, Maxim Sfetcu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rutenio Guzmán was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 34th minute, Maxim Sfetcu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BVB 09 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Maxim Sfetcu might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rutenio Guzmán. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maxim Sfetcu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 40th minute Maxim Sfetcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rutenio Guzmán saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Octavian Caragea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rutenio Guzmán was relentless in the 45th minute of the game.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Octavian Caragea made a kick off. A collision led to -BZF-Magica Steaua getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Ümit Yüksel hit a great ball. Zygmunt Koprowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iustinian Elefterescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After having played for 59 minutes, Donato Ugaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. -BZF-Magica Steaua's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donato Ugaitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 64 minutes, Zula Pankowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the -BZF-Magica Steaua and the BVB 09 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th match minute, -BZF-Magica Steaua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zula Pankowski to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to -BZF-Magica Steaua getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ferdinand Iovanovici hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, -BZF-Magica Steaua's Ferdinand Iovanovici got a free kick in the 72nd minute. When Emmanouil Kappos came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the BVB 09 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emmanouil Kappos couldn't finish the play. BVB 09 made a substitution. Valer Necula replaced Petre Coporan. After 78 minutes BVB 09's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ferdinand Iovanovici who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Ferdinand Iovanovici got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zygmunt Koprowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 80thth minute of the game Iacob Vernescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but -BZF-Magica Steaua's Rutenio Guzmán was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Lucjan Drugi fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BVB 09's protests and gave Lucjan Drugi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of -BZF-Magica Steaua booed when BVB 09 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucjan Drugi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iacob Vernescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rutenio Guzmán read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 95thth minute of the game Iacob Vernescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but -BZF-Magica Steaua's Rutenio Guzmán was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Although -BZF-Magica Steaua had been in control for most of the match, BVB 09 still came away with the win.
