Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Panait Pintea kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Tudor Toma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 6 played minutes Miercani got a freekick which was hit by Emilian Suluțiu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergiu Miniș in the 9th minute of play forced Albotesti's goalkeeper Marian Curuțiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergiu Miniș scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marian Curuțiu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 18 minutes, Panait Pintea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Albotesti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Panait Pintea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ernest Gurlui came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Albotesti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernest Gurlui couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute, Iustin Saşca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marian Curuțiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergiu Miniș, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Albotesti's Marian Curuțiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergiu Miniș in the 31st minute of play. Miercani's Grigore Constantin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Miercani from getting a goal against them. Marian Curuțiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergiu Miniș in the 35th minute of play. Sergiu Miniș took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marian Curuțiu. Marian Curuțiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Marian Curuțiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sergiu Miniș's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Emilian Suluțiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marian Curuțiu having to interfere. When Miercani's Sergiu Miniș in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Albotesti's goalie prevented a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sergiu Miniș was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergiu Miniș got free with Marian Curuțiu in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marian Curuțiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergiu Miniș, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Albotesti's Marian Curuțiu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Albotesti from getting a goal against them. After 60 played minutes Albotesti got a freekick which was hit by Maxim Bogdan. Sergiu Minișs short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Marian Curuțiu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Marian Curuțiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergiu Miniș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, Albotesti's goal looked a bit too open when Sergiu Miniș came free, but Marian Curuțiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grigore Constantin came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Albotesti's Ernest Gurlui. But to his dismay, Ernest Gurlui quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Sergiu Miniș put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Marian Curuțiu. In the 81st match minute, Miercani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavian Armanca to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Albotesti's goal looked a bit too open when Sergiu Miniș came free, but Marian Curuțiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grigore Constantin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernest Gurlui in the 87th minute of play. Sergiu Miniș in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marian Curuțiu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Miercani's Narcis Timofte got a free kick in the 92nd minute.
