Alexandru Bușcu might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alin Curtean. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Alin Curtean successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Aaron Llorian's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alin Curtean firmly grabbed it by the left post. Alin Curtean came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Steaua Nordului's Eric Titulescu. But to his dismay, Eric Titulescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After the first half Atletico Nervozel were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marius Herescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Eric Titulescu came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Steaua Nordului fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eric Titulescu couldn't finish the play. In the 52nd minute, Aaron Llorian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Francisc Zberea kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Aaron Llorian took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alin Curtean. Alin Curtean dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 75 minutes into the game, Cazimir Savu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atletico Nervozel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Steaua Nordului the free kick. The supporters of Steaua Nordului booed when Atletico Nervozel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cazimir Savu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alin Curtean stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eric Titulescu's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Alexandru Bușcu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alin Curtean. Atletico Nervozel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexandru Bușcu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. 86 minutes into the game, Aaron Llorian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Steaua Nordului's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletico Nervozel the free kick. In the 86th match minute, Steaua Nordului was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Llorian to maneuver through the defense. Alexandru Bușcu charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexandru Bușcu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Steaua Nordului getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Alexandru Bușcu hit a great ball. Alexandru Bușcu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alin Curtean having to interfere. Aaron Llorian scored 4-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alin Curtean, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
