Filip Râznicu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petru Lupșe in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute, Petru Lupșe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Petru Lupșe during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM- getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Petru Lupșe hit a great ball. Silvano Kusko hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After 13 minutes, Nicolae Avacariței mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM- and the Academy 01 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th minute, Nicolae Avacariței hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nichifor Simuţ took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florin Urseanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Denis Costescu came free, but Nichifor Simuţ reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Costescu in the 19th minute of play forced Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s goalkeeper Nichifor Simuţ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Petru Lupșe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Râznicu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s Constantin Brezoi got a free kick in the 25th minute. Petru Lupșe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florin Urseanu in the 29th minute of play forced Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s goalkeeper Nichifor Simuţ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nichifor Simuţ made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codrin Coșmeanu in the 31st minute of play. Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s Nichifor Simuţ played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florin Urseanu in the 32nd minute of play. Academy 01's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Liviu Brumaru 34 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Florin Urseanu took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nichifor Simuţ. Nichifor Simuţ dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. When Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s Petru Lupșe in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Academy 01's goalie prevented a goal. In the 43rd minute, Emanuel Semeghin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Florin Urseanu to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM- getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Eugen Moarcăș hit a great ball. Daniel Blajovan kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Nichifor Simuţ made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Dacian Ciorbea sent off a good shot on target. Silvano Kusko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Filip Râznicu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petru Lupșe in the 59th minute of play forced Academy 01's goalkeeper Filip Râznicu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nichifor Simuţ took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florin Urseanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Florin Urseanu scored to the left of an out of position Nichifor Simuţ, making the score, 4-2. 71 minutes into the match, Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s goalkeeper Nichifor Simuţ had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Grigore Fărcașu. Nichifor Simuţ made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codrin Coșmeanu in the 75th minute of play. Nichifor Simuţ made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Florin Urseanu sent off a good shot on target. After 80 minutes, Gică Stăniloaie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Academy 01 and the Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gică Stăniloaie hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute, Codrin Coșmeanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvano Kusko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filip Râznicu having to make a save. Filip Râznicu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petru Lupșe, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s Silvano Kusko got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Academy 01's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM- had won, even though Academy 01 had held more of the ball.
