When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Petru Lupșe put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alin Curtean. Basarab Tutuianu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alin Curtean. Atletico Nervozel's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Semeghin in the 11th minute of play forced Atletico Nervozel's goalkeeper Alin Curtean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM- booed when Atletico Nervozel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Ciuvică didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute Petru Lupșe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alin Curtean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute Marius Herescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichifor Simuţ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Silvano Kusko notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Atletico Nervozel's Alin Curtean. Alin Curtean was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 36 minutes into the match, Atletico Nervozel's goal looked a bit too open when Petru Lupșe came free, but Alin Curtean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petru Lupșe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alin Curtean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petru Lupșe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rareș Todea charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rareș Todea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Atletico Nervozel's Rareș Todea got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Alin Curtean came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s Liviu Brumaru. But to his dismay, Liviu Brumaru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marius Herescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nicolae Avacariței hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Alin Curtean stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petru Lupșe's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Silvano Kusko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Alin Curtean made a huge save. Alin Curtean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petru Lupșe in the 65th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Mihail Voitiş was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atletico Nervozel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM- the free kick. Petru Lupșe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alin Curtean was a little too slow when Petru Lupșe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 0-7. The crowd rose to their feet as Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s Petru Lupșe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alin Curtean. That made the score 0-8 after 90 minutes of play. The Atletico Nervozel supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s performance. The match ended with a win for Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-.
