Spectators: 8001 (Terracing: 6002, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 159) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cezar Hoduț kicked off to start the match. Cornel Dragomiroiu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 3 minutes into the match. In the 2nd minute, one of FC Cosaci:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Cosaci. Aurel Dănănae hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After 7 played minutes, Muscelul Campulung's Tenyo Sheynov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sabin Schiau came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Muscelul Campulung reached it. Sabin Schiau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basarab Aldescu in the 9th minute of the match. If Aurel Dănănae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, FC Cosaci's Iulian Trăistaru got a free kick in the 14th minute. Sabin Schiau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basarab Aldescu in the 17th minute of play. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Iosif Murgan sped through FC Cosaci's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sabin Schiau. Sabin Schiau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iosif Murgan in the 22nd minute of play. In the 36th minute Basarab Aldescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabin Schiau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cazimir Orghidan made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Cezar Hoduț sent off a good shot on target. If Iosif Murgan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sabin Schiau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iosif Murgan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Moculescu in the 46th minute of play forced FC Cosaci's goalkeeper Sabin Schiau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

50 minutes into the match, FC Cosaci's Cezar Hoduț sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cazimir Orghidan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sabin Schiau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iosif Murgan, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 61 minutes into the match, Muscelul Campulung's goal looked a bit too open when Aurel Dănănae came free, but Cazimir Orghidan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 62 minutes Muscelul Campulung's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cezar Hoduț who took care of the corner kick. The corner led FC Cosaci's Silviu Andrițoiu to fire away a dangerous shot which Cazimir Orghidan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Muscelul Campulung's goal looked a bit too open when Cezar Hoduț came free, but Cazimir Orghidan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Cezar Hoduț notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Muscelul Campulung's Cazimir Orghidan. Cazimir Orghidan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Muscelul Campulung getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Denis Moculescu hit a great ball. Cazimir Orghidan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iulian Trăistaru in the 80th minute of play. Cazimir Orghidan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silviu Andrițoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 87 minutes, Silviu Andrițoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Cosaci's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silviu Andrițoiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Denis Moculescu came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Muscelul Campulung fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Moculescu couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Muscelul Campulung's zone, Iulian Trăistaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cazimir Orghidan came out of the goal and Iulian Trăistaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Cosaci had played much better football throughout.
