Aurel Marioara's late challenge caught a FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aurel Marioara helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th match minute, Fan PC Servicii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurel Marioara to maneuver through the defense. Dinu Medrea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihai Grozuță in the 8th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Sorin Tăzlăuanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute of the match Răzvan Florescu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dinu Medrea skillfully saved the ball. Isidor Quintarnaya made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Nechifor Antonescu sent off a good shot on target. Grigore Petrea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isidor Quintarnaya having to make a save. Isidor Quintarnaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grigore Petrea, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Dinu Medrea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Răzvan Florescu in the 30th minute of play. Fan PC Servicii's Dinu Medrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Răzvan Florescu in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to FC Arges Dacia Pitesti getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Panait Moldovan hit a great ball. 39 minutes into the match, Fan PC Servicii's Ionică Goma sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isidor Quintarnaya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Fan PC Servicii's Aurel Marioara seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Aurel Marioara the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Fan PC Servicii protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Aurel Marioara had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fan PC Servicii fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! Dinu Medrea had in the 48thth minute some difficulties stopping Mihai Grozuță's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vadim Tudor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fan PC Servicii's Dinu Medrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihai Grozuță in the 58th minute of play. FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's Daniel Dawiec got his second yellow card of the match in the 59th minute. The referee ordered Daniel Dawiec off the ground. In the 59th minute, Daniel Dawiec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fan PC Servicii's Nechifor Antonescu got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dinu Medrea made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Mihai Grozuță sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's zone, Valer Iordan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidor Quintarnaya came out of the goal and Valer Iordan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fan PC Servicii's Dinu Medrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihăiţă Şoimu in the 67th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Mihai Grozuță managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihai Grozuță was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dinu Medrea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fan PC Servicii's Leontin Milcu was substituted for Daniel Florean. FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's Isidor Quintarnaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionică Goma in the 75th minute of play. Răzvan Florescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fan PC Servicii made a substitution. Vlad Sbârcea replaced Ye Jian Guo. If Mihai Grozuță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd match minute, Fan PC Servicii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grigore Chifu to maneuver through the defense. Fan PC Servicii succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though FC Arges Dacia Pitesti had controlled the match.
