Mano Doro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avram Ispas in the 26th minute of play. Gheorghe Mălin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcelo Galvão having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Horia Moșoiu in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mano Doro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 37 minutes F.C BUCURESTI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Octav Griguță who took care of the corner kick. The corner led FC SPORT 2017's Horia Moșoiu to fire away a dangerous shot which Mano Doro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gheorghe Mălin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nechifor Secoşan's late challenge caught a FC SPORT 2017's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nechifor Secoşan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute, Avram Ispas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 46 minutes, Ionică Calini mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C BUCURESTI and the FC SPORT 2017 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th match minute, F.C BUCURESTI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionică Calini to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gheorghe Mălin to strike the kick off in the second half. Ionică Calini struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Marcelo Galvão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C BUCURESTI. F.C BUCURESTI's Mano Doro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octav Griguță in the 91st minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
