If Eugen Lupea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A nice corner shot did that Ernest Petru got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vasile Arsenescu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Raúl Gonzáles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Thomás Linares made a huge save. After 45 played minutes Cipanul FC got a freekick which was hit by Anton Achim. Vasile Arsenescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugen Lupea in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Eugen Lupea made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Victor Huștiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thomás Linares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nae Costin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Dacian Puiu fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s protests and gave Dacian Puiu a yellow card for diving instead. Dacian Puiu kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Victor Huștiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute ASF BAIA MARE -MM- were awarded a corner.
