Aron Iurașcu came out of the goal and Florin Cumpan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. AFC Prunis MM's Ionel Fundătoreanu was substituted for Leontin Petrulean. AFC Prunis MM's Apa Panter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save AFC Prunis MM from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the AFC Prunis MM defense, Aron Ciorăscu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Apa Panter. The AFC Prunis MM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Apa Panter should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded Steaua Bucuresti -MM- left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AFC Prunis MM.
