Chen Xiao Yan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Janova booed when Poli AEK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chen Xiao Yan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emanuel Loghin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aron Ciolofan, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wictor Brovall got free with Emanuel Loghin in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wictor Brovall was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Janova's zone, Aron Ciolofan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Loghin came out of the goal and Aron Ciolofan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Janova's Emanuel Loghin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wictor Brovall in the 54th minute of play. If Wictor Brovall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Loghin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Berceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 played minutes Janova got a freekick which was hit by Petrică Oproiu. In the 66th minute, Petrică Oproiu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nicolae Ghiorman. The goal made the score 2-3. A collision led to Janova getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ernest Mihădaș hit a great ball. Emanuel Loghin came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Poli AEK's Wictor Brovall. But to his dismay, Wictor Brovall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. 78 minutes into the game, 俞迅响 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Janova's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Poli AEK the free kick. Poli AEK's Nicolae Ghiorman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Poli AEK from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Poli AEK getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Max Smed hit a great ball. The corner ended in Aron Ciolofan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Janova's Emanuel Loghin did a great save. Ernest Mihădaș lost his temper 89 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 88th minute, one of Janova:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Janova. 92 minutes into the match, Poli AEK's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Servando came free, but Nicolae Ghiorman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
