Aurelian Stroia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarl Kilstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Horea Vâlcu charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horea Vâlcu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Poli Iași getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Horea Vâlcu hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Endrik Verde kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aurelian Stroia. That made the score 2-0 in the 12 minute of play. Giovani da Rochas short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Aurelian Stroia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 20 minutes into the match, Poli Iași's goal looked a bit too open when Endrik Verde came free, but Aurelian Stroia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Poli Iași's Calistrat Archiudean got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute, ProRapid's Norberto Cresconio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aurelian Stroia. Aurelian Stroia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Silviu Dominte hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, ProRapid's Norberto Cresconio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 29th minute, Endrik Verde left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ProRapid fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After a rather tough play, Poli Iași's Silviu Dominte got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Aurelian Stroia made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Giovani da Rocha sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovani da Rocha in the 36th minute of play forced Poli Iași's goalkeeper Aurelian Stroia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mugurel Jumancă might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aurelian Stroia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mugurel Jumancă ran back to his position shaking his head. Aurelian Stroia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovani da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Poli Iași's goalkeeper Aurelian Stroia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Giovani da Rocha. After 46 minutes, Giovani da Rocha made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Poli Iași's Aurelian Stroia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Giovani da Rocha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Poli Iași's goal looked a bit too open when Giovani da Rocha came free, but Aurelian Stroia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54thth minute of the game Giovani da Rocha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Poli Iași's Aurelian Stroia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Giovani da Rocha put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Aurelian Stroia. After 58 minutes of play, ProRapid's Giovani da Rocha made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurelian Stroia was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 61st minute, Albert Baltian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Poli Iași's zone, Giovani da Rocha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelian Stroia came out of the goal and Giovani da Rocha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 65 minutes into the match, Poli Iași's goal looked a bit too open when Giovani da Rocha came free, but Aurelian Stroia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jarl Kilstedt took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aurelian Stroia. Aurelian Stroia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giovani da Rocha in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aurelian Stroia saved Poli Iași from getting behind. 74 minutes into the match, Giovani da Rocha notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Poli Iași's Aurelian Stroia. Aurelian Stroia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aurelian Stroia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Endrik Verde's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Endrik Verde put it in 10-0 from a short distance just to the right of Aurelian Stroia. In the 82nd minute, Endrik Verde left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ProRapid fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Endrik Verde took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aurelian Stroia. Aurelian Stroia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. 91 minutes into the match, Endrik Verde notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of Poli Iași's Aurelian Stroia. Aurelian Stroia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Poli Iași's Aurelian Stroia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Endrik Verde in the 95th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ProRapid fully deserved thier win.
