Narcis Domuță scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Liviu Sfetcu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Ribanna FC booed when FC Dunarea Galati was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolae Hăvârneanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Liviu Sfetcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petruț Finteșteanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcu Surdilă made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Marcu Surdilă notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of FC Dunarea Galati's Liviu Sfetcu. Liviu Sfetcu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Ribanna FC's Petruț Finteșteanu got a free kick in the 56th minute. Marin Cozac recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Ribanna FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Dunarea Galati throughout the match.
