Seating: 1833, VIP seats: 158) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Remus Nuțu got the match started through his kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Janova's Ştefan Tulbure slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aurelian Stroia. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. 9 minutes into the match, Ştefan Tulbure dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aurelian Stroia, 2-0. 12 minutes into the game, Ivan Ilieș recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aurelian Stroia. Ivan Ilieș showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Emanuel Loghin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Peter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicu Timofte's late challenge caught a Janova's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicu Timofte helped the player get up and apologised. Nicu Timofte kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Petrică Oproiu got free with Aurelian Stroia in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 24 minutes of play, Janova's Leonel Servando made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurelian Stroia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Janova's Emanuel Loghin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Peter in the 26th minute of play. When Sergiu Gherguț fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Poli Iași's protests and gave Sergiu Gherguț a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Janova's Leonel Servando slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aurelian Stroia. That made the score 5-0 after 31 minutes of play. In the 34th minute, Fabian Papaiani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Servando in the 39th minute of play forced Poli Iași's goalkeeper Aurelian Stroia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Poli Iași's Nicu Timofte got a free kick in the 40th minute. Nicu Timofte kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Leonel Servando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Aurelian Stroia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 53 minutes into the match, Ivan Ilieș had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurelian Stroia. Poli Iași's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Ilieș was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Aurelian Stroia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Ilieș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 58 minutes of play Poli Iași's Nicu Timofte was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Nicu Timofte hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the game, Ivan Ilieș cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Aurelian Stroia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ivan Ilieș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ştefan Tulbure scored 9-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurelian Stroia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 68 played minutes Poli Iași got a freekick which was hit by Olimpiu Luca. A collision led to Poli Iași getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Olimpiu Luca hit a great ball. Petrică Oproiu took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aurelian Stroia. Aurelian Stroia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. The supporters of Janova booed when Poli Iași was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergiu Gherguț didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Ivan Ilieș had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurelian Stroia. Poli Iași's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Ilieș was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 15-0. There was no doubt that Janova were the better team. Janova's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
