After a rather tough play, Firefighter BT ★Dac★'s Gigel Grămescu got a free kick in the 4th minute. Severiano Bastian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosimo Pettinelli in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute of the match Firefighter BT ★Dac★ got a corner. Hoghiz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Avram Popoacă ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Avram Popoacă almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hoghiz's Severiano Bastian did a great save. 14 minutes into the match, Hoghiz's goal looked a bit too open when Cosimo Pettinelli came free, but Severiano Bastian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Cosimo Pettinelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severiano Bastian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Hoghiz getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Gigi Păvăloae hit a great ball. Severiano Bastian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosimo Pettinelli in the 37th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Hoghiz's goal looked a bit too open when Cosimo Pettinelli came free, but Severiano Bastian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severiano Bastian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cosimo Pettinelli's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emanuel Antohi to make the kick off. After 55 played minutes Firefighter BT ★Dac★ got a freekick which was hit by Octav Creangă. Hoghiz's Severiano Bastian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Hoghiz from getting a goal against them. In the 65th minute, Niculae Cârțan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severiano Bastian made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Cosimo Pettinelli sent off a good shot on target. Firefighter BT ★Dac★'s attentive Avram Popoacă managed to snatch the ball when Horaţiu Timofte made a throw-in in the 69th minute of the game. Gigel Grămescu hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the game, Hoghiz's Emanuel Antohi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurelian Băncilă made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When Emanuel Antohi came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Hoghiz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Antohi couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Emanuel Antohi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hoghiz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After having played for 89 minutes, Cosimo Pettinelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Firefighter BT ★Dac★'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cosimo Pettinelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Cosimo Pettinelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Firefighter BT ★Dac★'s supporters rose to their feet, but Cosimo Pettinelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severiano Bastian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Antohi in the 96th minute of play forced Firefighter BT ★Dac★'s goalkeeper Aurelian Băncilă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Firefighter BT ★Dac★'s supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Hoghiz had won, even though Firefighter BT ★Dac★ had held more of the ball.
