Eitel Patrzek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Rywin, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the game, Șerban Gherasim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brașov HooliganS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Navigatii Bacău the free kick. Șerban Gherasim hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. The tension between the Brașov HooliganS and the Navigatii Bacău players grew even worse after the yellow card. Horaţiu Rotariu might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eitel Patrzek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horia Teaşcă in the 90th minute of play forced Navigatii Bacău's goalkeeper Papo Roach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Navigatii Bacău supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Navigatii Bacău would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
