In the 9th minute Olimpiu Vernescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciprian Tunaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horaţiu Purcaru might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciprian Tunaru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horaţiu Purcaru ran back to his position shaking his head. If Horaţiu Purcaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olimpiu Vernescu hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in DAMUCUL P-NEAMT's zone, Iacob Iliuță stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vlad Buhoiu came out of the goal and Iacob Iliuță tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to FC Carlsberg getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Isac Mihele hit a great ball. After some careless play in the FC Carlsberg defense, Olimpiu Vernescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciprian Tunaru. The FC Carlsberg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciprian Tunaru should have stopped the shot. The DAMUCUL P-NEAMT fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when DAMUCUL P-NEAMT's Horaţiu Purcaru looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 31st minute, Olimpiu Vernescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ciprian Tunaru was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Horaţiu Purcaru showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 34 minute of play. After 38th play minutes Adam Arghir shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Ciprian Tunaru and just under the crossbar into goal. Olimpiu Vernescu struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Ciprian Tunaru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DAMUCUL P-NEAMT. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

51 minutes into the match, Olimpiu Vernescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciprian Tunaru. FC Carlsberg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olimpiu Vernescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Ciprian Tunaru came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by DAMUCUL P-NEAMT's Horaţiu Purcaru. But to his dismay, Horaţiu Purcaru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Aurelian Hâldan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 58 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the game, DAMUCUL P-NEAMT's Horaţiu Purcaru nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciprian Tunaru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. 68 minutes into the match, DAMUCUL P-NEAMT's Olimpiu Vernescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ciprian Tunaru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 69 minutes into the match, FC Carlsberg's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Arghir came free, but Ciprian Tunaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Olimpiu Vernescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciprian Tunaru was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Ciprian Tunaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Purcaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julian Jaroszewicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ciprian Tunaru having to make a save. DAMUCUL P-NEAMT made a substitution. Andrzej Gabis replaced Olimpiu Vernescu. In the 81st minute, Horaţiu Purcaru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DAMUCUL P-NEAMT fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. When DAMUCUL P-NEAMT's Horaţiu Purcaru, in the 84th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for DAMUCUL P-NEAMT. In the 87th minute, Horaţiu Purcaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the FC Carlsberg defense, Horaţiu Purcaru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciprian Tunaru. The FC Carlsberg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciprian Tunaru should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrzej Gabis in the 91st minute of play forced FC Carlsberg's goalkeeper Ciprian Tunaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92 played minutes FC Carlsberg got a freekick which was hit by Horia Gârniceanu. DAMUCUL P-NEAMT's Horaţiu Purcaru got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the DAMUCUL P-NEAMT players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
