Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Horaţiu Rotariu kicked off to start the match. In the 4th match minute, Bichigiu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Macovei to maneuver through the defense. 5 minutes into the match, Navigatii Bacău's Emiliano Rodas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgar Ciuvică narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emil Mihoc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Papo Roach having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jannik Roblaa in the 16th minute of play forced Bichigiu's goalkeeper Edgar Ciuvică to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Ciuvică made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Brun in the 18th minute of play. With a little luck, Navigatii Bacău's Papo Roach got control of the ball when Daniel Olteanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Konrad Ziemniak's late challenge caught a Bichigiu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Konrad Ziemniak helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th minute, Horaţiu Rotariu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute, Basarab Cosoroabă reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Papo Roach. The goal made the score 1-0. Konrad Ziemniak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Ciuvică read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Navigatii Bacău's Papo Roach proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Navigatii Bacău from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Olteanu could shoot a difficult shot in the 38th minute, which Papo Roach however easily saved by the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damian Aluculesei was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Mihoc in the 51st minute of play forced Navigatii Bacău's goalkeeper Papo Roach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Horaţiu Rotariu in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Ciuvică prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Daniel Olteanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bichigiu's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Olteanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Papo Roach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 59 minutes into the match, Navigatii Bacău's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Mihoc came free, but Papo Roach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Bichigiu getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Damian Aluculesei hit a great ball. Papo Roach took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Aluculesei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emil Mihoc's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Papo Roach read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. The corner ended in Gavril Codrescu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Navigatii Bacău's Papo Roach did a great save. In the 77th minute Basarab Cosoroabă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Papo Roach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Navigatii Bacău's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Aluculesei came free, but Papo Roach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Daniel Olteanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bichigiu's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Olteanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Papo Roach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bichigiu's Emil Mihoc got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Papo Roach came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Bichigiu's Emil Mihoc. But to his dismay, Emil Mihoc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. There was no doubt that Bichigiu were the better team. Bichigiu's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
