The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes BlackKnights got a freekick which was hit by Radu Praporgescu. Živko Dabović struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Manole Vulturar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catalin Haldan. 5 minutes into the match, Frédson Melo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of BlackKnights's Manole Vulturar. Manole Vulturar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Catalin Haldan's Živko Dabović in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BlackKnights's goalie prevented a goal. Manole Vulturar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valder Gausbo went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Manole Vulturar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frédson Melo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Frédson Melo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Catalin Haldan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Manole Vulturar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valder Gausbo in the 18th minute of the match. When Frédson Melo came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Catalin Haldan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frédson Melo couldn't finish the play. After 23rd play minutes Cirilo Romo shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Manole Vulturar and just under the crossbar into goal. 28 minutes into the match, BlackKnights's goal looked a bit too open when Valder Gausbo came free, but Manole Vulturar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manole Vulturar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valder Gausbo's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugen Morozan in the 33rd minute of play forced BlackKnights's goalkeeper Manole Vulturar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Catalin Haldan's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Spelbu came free, but Olavi Liib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cirilo Romo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Manole Vulturar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Marin Petre came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Catalin Haldan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marin Petre couldn't finish the play. Cirilo Romo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Valder Gausbo made the kick off in the second half. Manole Vulturar came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Catalin Haldan's Liviu Fințescu. But to his dismay, Liviu Fințescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Catalin Haldan's Živko Dabović got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Valder Gausbo sped through BlackKnights's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Manole Vulturar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frédson Melo in the 58th minute of play forced BlackKnights's goalkeeper Manole Vulturar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valder Gausbo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Manole Vulturar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Živko Dabović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cirilo Romo took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manole Vulturar. Manole Vulturar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. BlackKnights's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Liviu Fințescu scored to the left of an out of position Manole Vulturar, making the score, 0-10. After a defensive mix-up in BlackKnights's zone, Eugen Morozan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manole Vulturar came out of the goal and Eugen Morozan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristi Cernea kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Cirilo Romo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manole Vulturar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Valder Gausbo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-12 in the 86 minute of play. Cirilo Romo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Manole Vulturar made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Catalin Haldan's Valder Gausbo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Manole Vulturar. That made the score 0-13 after 90 minutes of play. Valder Gausbo kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Catalin Haldan's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
