Spectators: 7965 (Terracing: 5975, Seating: 1832, VIP seats: 158) Octavian Vătăşel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maxim Cioculescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Remus Gâgea kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Ovidiu Teleagă notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Pitangeles's Octavian Vătăşel. Octavian Vătăşel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in JUNIOR 2012's zone, Nicu Pătru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iacob Frățilă came out of the goal and Nicu Pătru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute Dacian Iacobescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Vătăşel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iacob Frățilă came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Pitangeles's Vasile Ciorbea. But to his dismay, Vasile Ciorbea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 14 minutes into the game, Codrin Drăgoescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pitangeles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JUNIOR 2012 the free kick. In the 14th match minute, Pitangeles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Codrin Drăgoescu to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Pitangeles's goalkeeper Octavian Vătăşel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gigi Gâțea. During the 18th minute of the match Codrin Drăgoescu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Codrin Drăgoescu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 17th minute, one of Pitangeles:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pitangeles. When the match had been going on for 20 minutes, JUNIOR 2012's Eugen Petrean got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Octavian Vătăşel. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Vasile Ciorbea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pitangeles's supporters rose to their feet, but Vasile Ciorbea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iacob Frățilă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marius Buricea during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 26 minutes into the game, one of Pitangeles:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Nicu Pătru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dinu Mascovescu hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, Dacian Iacobescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, JUNIOR 2012's Octavian Vătăşel threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dacian Iacobescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to JUNIOR 2012 getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Gigi Gâțea hit a great ball. Vasile Ciorbea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Iacob Frățilă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iacob Frățilă stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vasile Ciorbea's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Octavian Vătăşel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ovidiu Teleagă in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dacian Iacobescu was the one to do the kick off. Nicu Pătru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Octavian Vătăşel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ovidiu Teleagă went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Octavian Vătăşel came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by JUNIOR 2012's Dacian Iacobescu. But to his dismay, Dacian Iacobescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Remus Gâgea was extremely unlucky when he, in the 66th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Nicu Pătru managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 78th minute Dacian Iacobescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Vătăşel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Pitangeles's goal looked a bit too open when Gigi Gâțea came free, but Octavian Vătăşel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vasile Ciorbea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, JUNIOR 2012's Iacob Frățilă got control of the ball when Nicu Pătru tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Maxim Cioculescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Octavian Vătăşel was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1.
