But to his dismay, Maxim Cioculescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Iacob Frățilă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasile Ciorbea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maxim Cioculescu's late challenge caught a Pitangeles's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maxim Cioculescu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Pitangeles booed when JUNIOR 2012 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxim Cioculescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Pitangeles defense, Dacian Iacobescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Octavian Vătăşel. The Pitangeles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Octavian Vătăşel should have stopped the shot. After 23 minutes of play, JUNIOR 2012's Maxim Cioculescu made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octavian Vătăşel was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Pitangeles booed when JUNIOR 2012 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ion Avacariței didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emil Ciuhandu kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Nicu Pătru struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Iacob Frățilă didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pitangeles. Nicu Pătru didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-3 via right post in the game's 38th minute. Pitangeles's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Remus Gâgea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iacob Frățilă having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emil Ciuhandu during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vasile Ciorbea to make the kick off. Eugen Petrean could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Octavian Vătăşel made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vasile Ciorbea in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iacob Frățilă saved JUNIOR 2012 from getting behind. After 56 played minutes Pitangeles got a freekick which was hit by Codruț Luncaniță. If Remus Gâgea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marius Buricea kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the game, Nicu Pătru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After 75 minutes of play, Pitangeles's Dinu Mascovescu made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iacob Frățilă was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mădălin Mitescu kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Iacob Frățilă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinu Mascovescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in JUNIOR 2012 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 83rd minute. Penalty! 91 minutes into the match, Remus Gâgea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iacob Frățilă. JUNIOR 2012's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remus Gâgea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-3. A collision led to JUNIOR 2012 getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Daniel Comăneci hit a great ball. Pitangeles's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
