Spectators: 7968 (Terracing: 5977, Seating: 1833, VIP seats: 158) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Albert Nae kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Elemér Udvarhelyi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugon Figlewski during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hugon Figlewski hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Timbau CSM's Ferdinand Jupân dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Timbau CSM's Cosmin Roman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Nae in the 19th minute of play. The supporters of Timbau CSM booed when ZION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilbert Ogrodowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Nae in the 26th minute of play forced Timbau CSM's goalkeeper Cosmin Roman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nechifor Ispas in the 31st minute of play forced ZION's goalkeeper Dacian Enachescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Timbau CSM booed when ZION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilbert Ogrodowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dacian Enachescu was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Jerry Gane capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jerry Gane really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 37th minute Jerry Gane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dacian Enachescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Han Lin Zhen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cosmin Roman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, ZION's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jerry Gane fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the ZION defense, Elemér Udvarhelyi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dacian Enachescu. The ZION fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dacian Enachescu should have stopped the shot. If Elemér Udvarhelyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elemér Udvarhelyi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dacian Enachescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elemér Udvarhelyi, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elemér Udvarhelyi in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dacian Enachescu saved ZION from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elemér Udvarhelyi in the 59th minute of play forced ZION's goalkeeper Dacian Enachescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute, Nechifor Ispas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Timbau CSM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Dacian Enachescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerry Gane in the 64th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Timbau CSM's Duddu Doro got a free kick in the 65th minute. After 67 minutes Timbau CSM's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Avram Vizitiu who took care of the corner kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Mugurel Suşu got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 4-1. 68 minutes into the match. Vlad Dragomiroiu kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Dacian Enachescu came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Timbau CSM's Elemér Udvarhelyi. But to his dismay, Elemér Udvarhelyi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Elemér Udvarhelyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79thth minute of the game Elemér Udvarhelyi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ZION's Dacian Enachescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 88th minute, Elemér Udvarhelyi made a precise shot to the right of Dacian Enachescu. ZION's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Dacian Enachescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nechifor Ispas, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Ferdinand Jupân hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When Timbau CSM's Elemér Udvarhelyi in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ZION's goalie prevented a goal. There was no doubt that Timbau CSM were the better team. Timbau CSM's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
