Vlad Dragomiroiu kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Pitangeles's goalkeeper Octavian Vătăşel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mugurel Suşu. Octavian Vătăşel made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Albert Nae sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Pitangeles's Dinu Mascovescu got a free kick in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Han Lin Zhen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Octavian Vătăşel. Pitangeles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Han Lin Zhen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Octavian Vătăşel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilbert Ogrodowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Vasile Ciorbea hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Avram Vizitiu in the 20th minute of play forced Pitangeles's goalkeeper Octavian Vătăşel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Han Lin Zhen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Octavian Vătăşel came out and tried to block the shot, but Han Lin Zhen slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 21st minute. The supporters of ZION booed when Pitangeles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remus Gâgea didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Gilbert Ogrodowicz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Octavian Vătăşel. Gilbert Ogrodowicz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. Codrin Drăgoescu's late challenge caught a ZION's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Codrin Drăgoescu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th match minute, Pitangeles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Codrin Drăgoescu to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Albert Nae ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Octavian Vătăşel was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Pitangeles's Octavian Vătăşel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Pitangeles from getting a goal against them. ZION were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after Pitangeles's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Avram Vizitiu took the corner. Albert Nae made a great header on ZION's corner, it was just that Pitangeles's Octavian Vătăşel managed to reach the ball for a save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vasile Ciorbea was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Avram Vizitiu in the 53rd minute of play forced Pitangeles's goalkeeper Octavian Vătăşel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Avram Vizitiu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Octavian Vătăşel. ZION's Albert Nae managed to work through Pitangeles's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Albert Nae dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 62nd minute, Han Lin Zhen made a precise shot to the right of Octavian Vătăşel. Pitangeles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. Octavian Vătăşel came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by ZION's Han Lin Zhen. But to his dismay, Han Lin Zhen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. In the 69th minute Han Lin Zhen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Vătăşel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavian Vătăşel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Garzon, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Matei Văleanu kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Han Lin Zhen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ZION fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ZION fully deserved thier win.
