Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Petruț Jupân stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Costin Babarada showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. 68 minutes into the match, SKY BLUE's goalkeeper Șerban Caciulescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petru Bute. After some careless play in the SKY BLUE defense, Petru Bute kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Șerban Caciulescu. The SKY BLUE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Șerban Caciulescu should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costin Babarada in the 75th minute of play forced SKY BLUE's goalkeeper Șerban Caciulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esa Hagelberg charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Esa Hagelberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 77th minute, Esa Hagelberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 80 played minutes SKY BLUE got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Grigoroiu. 82 minutes into the game, FC Vlahuță's Marcelo Trobbiani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
