If Ionel Pârvulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. English Fire's Dragoş Puric played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Pantiș in the 17th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Monico Dragomir managed to get in a good position for a shot. English Fire's supporters rose to their feet, but Monico Dragomir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marius Niculescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to English Fire getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Cazimir Ciulei hit a great ball. Vali Papaiani kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC BRADUL -MM-'s Ionel Pârvulescu got a free kick in the 36th minute. Monico Dragomir struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Marius Niculescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for English Fire. FC BRADUL -MM-'s Marius Niculescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save FC BRADUL -MM- from getting a goal against them. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

FC BRADUL -MM- made a substitution. Costică Hârșu replaced Valeriu Zăraşcu. The wind increased when Manuel Pantiș made the kick off in the second half. Dragoş Puric showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edu Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nunez Vincente in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marius Niculescu saved FC BRADUL -MM- from getting behind. 69 minutes into the match, FC BRADUL -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Cazimir Ciulei came free, but Marius Niculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th match minute, FC BRADUL -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gigel Pașcalău to maneuver through the defense. After 76 played minutes FC BRADUL -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Gigel Pașcalău. In the 79th minute of the match, Edu Ramos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dragoş Puric was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Marius Niculescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nunez Vincente in the 82nd minute of play. The supporters of English Fire booed when FC BRADUL -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionel Pârvulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball.
