Alfred Pusiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan Eenmaa in the 3rd minute of the match. The supporters of UNIREA FOCSANI booed when Rolling Balling was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Beckford didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rolling Balling's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viorel Brănet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Viorel Brănet scored 0-4 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfred Pusiak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mihnea Budac kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Alfred Pusiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Eenmaa in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Valer Opaina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfred Pusiak. Rolling Balling's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valer Opaina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. In the 32nd minute, Alan Eenmaa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfred Pusiak was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Manuel Trifănucă took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfred Pusiak. Alfred Pusiak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. In the 42nd minute, Albert Capșuneanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 42 minutes, Manuel Trifănucă managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UNIREA FOCSANI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Trifănucă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Codruț Epure hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Rolling Balling's Alfred Pusiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Eenmaa in the 45th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Alan Eenmaa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfred Pusiak was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. After the first half UNIREA FOCSANI were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rene Braun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, UNIREA FOCSANI's Alan Eenmaa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alfred Pusiak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valer Opaina in the 55th minute of play forced Rolling Balling's goalkeeper Alfred Pusiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valer Opaina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valer Opaina got free with Alfred Pusiak in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alfred Pusiak came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by UNIREA FOCSANI's Manuel Trifănucă. But to his dismay, Manuel Trifănucă quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. Ionel Gâlcă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Braun in the 70th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Rolling Balling's Albert Capșuneanu got a free kick in the 75th minute. Ferdinand Medrea took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alfred Pusiak. Rolling Balling's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 81 minutes Rolling Balling's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Manuel Trifănucă who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Valer Opaina heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The audience was convinced that Valer Opaina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfred Pusiak was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. After 84 minutes Rolling Balling's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Manuel Trifănucă who took care of the corner kick. In the 88th minute of the match, Manuel Trifănucă got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alfred Pusiak was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Codruț Epure hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After 92 played minutes, UNIREA FOCSANI's Manuel Trifănucă shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alfred Pusiak came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in UNIREA FOCSANI reached it. The crowd rose to their feet as UNIREA FOCSANI's Alan Eenmaa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alfred Pusiak. That made the score 0-14 after 95 minutes of play.
