After 17 played minutes FC Dumbrava Tg.Neamtz got a freekick which was hit by Gigel Ichim. 18 minutes into the match, Herbert Schutt notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC Dumbrava Tg.Neamtz's Traian Râmniceanu. Traian Râmniceanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vali Bujor hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. The supporters of Rapid Bãneasa booed when FC Dumbrava Tg.Neamtz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugen Doicaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Traian Râmniceanu came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Rapid Bãneasa's Herbert Schutt. But to his dismay, Herbert Schutt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of FC Dumbrava Tg.Neamtz:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rapid Bãneasa:s goal. Traian Râmniceanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Schutt, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. When Rapid Bãneasa's Herbert Schutt in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Dumbrava Tg.Neamtz's goalie prevented a goal. In the 36thth minute of the game Herbert Schutt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Dumbrava Tg.Neamtz's Traian Râmniceanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 37th minute Mircea Casian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Traian Râmniceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 40 minutes, Herbert Schutt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rapid Bãneasa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herbert Schutt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, FC Dumbrava Tg.Neamtz's goal looked a bit too open when Mircea Casian came free, but Traian Râmniceanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 minutes of play, Rapid Bãneasa's Mircea Casian made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Traian Râmniceanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! The FC Dumbrava Tg.Neamtz players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rapid Bãneasa were winning 0-4.

When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Herbert Schutt put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Traian Râmniceanu. Daniele Chelodi scored 0-6 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Traian Râmniceanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 71st minute Herbert Schutt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Traian Râmniceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, FC Dumbrava Tg.Neamtz's goalkeeper Traian Râmniceanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vali Bujor. Traian Râmniceanu was a little too slow when Daniele Chelodi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 0-8. The supporters of FC Dumbrava Tg.Neamtz booed when Rapid Bãneasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniele Chelodi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute Daniele Chelodi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Traian Râmniceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FC Dumbrava Tg.Neamtz getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Gil Peseiro hit a great ball. Rapid Bãneasa's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
