Rony Dudu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Nicodim Bran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mihail Codreanu during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The corner ended in Rony Dudu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but F.C. Ștefan cel Mare's Nicodim Bran did a great save. Nicodim Bran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rony Dudu in the 42nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rony Dudu got free with Nicodim Bran in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 45 minutes, Traian Şimoc mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. Ștefan cel Mare and the Sporting Royal players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the F.C. Ștefan cel Mare defense, Alin Dragalina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicodim Bran. The F.C. Ștefan cel Mare fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicodim Bran should have stopped the shot. After 64 minutes, Alin Dragalina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Royal and the F.C. Ștefan cel Mare players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Sporting Royal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alin Dragalina to maneuver through the defense. Nicodim Bran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rony Dudu's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After 66 minutes, Rony Dudu made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. F.C. Ștefan cel Mare's Nicodim Bran tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Sporting Royal walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
