An unexpectedly hard shot by Lluciano Somorrostro in the 80th minute of play forced Sporting Royal's goalkeeper Lucrețiu Roșeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Alin Dragalina recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nicodim Bran. Alin Dragalina showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Rony Dudu sped through F.C. Ștefan cel Mare's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nicodim Bran. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sporting Royal had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
