In the 16th minute Ionică Martinaș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Hosu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Isăilă in the 24th minute of play forced FC Valea Lotrului's goalkeeper kaya Akkanoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Marian Mereacre dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eric Hosu, 3-0. Vintilă Stamatiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. kaya Akkanoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Ivăncioiu in the 30th minute of play. Marian Mereacre received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eric Hosu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionică Martinaș in the 38th minute of the match. Loman's Eric Hosu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionică Martinaș in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Ionică Martinaș got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. kaya Akkanoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Danciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marian Mereacre to strike the kick off in the second half. Eric Hosu was left in no man's land by his defense there! 60 minutes into the match, Loman's goal looked a bit too open when Marius Ficsinescu came free, but Eric Hosu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Vintilă Stamatiu notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Loman's Eric Hosu. Eric Hosu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eric Hosu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marian Mereacre in the 82nd minute of the match.
