Waldemar Gierlach received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. kaya Akkanoğlu came out and tried to block the shot, but Waldemar Gierlach slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Valea Lotrului's zone, Fabian Zăreanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. kaya Akkanoğlu came out of the goal and Fabian Zăreanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the FC Valea Lotrului defense, Waldemar Gierlach kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of kaya Akkanoğlu. The FC Valea Lotrului fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that kaya Akkanoğlu should have stopped the shot. In the 17th minute, Fabian Zăreanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Champions Iasi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 20th minute, Waldemar Gierlach made a precise shot to the right of kaya Akkanoğlu. FC Valea Lotrului's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 24th minute Fabian Zăreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but kaya Akkanoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. kaya Akkanoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isac Muntian, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute Waldemar Gierlach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but kaya Akkanoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. kaya Akkanoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldemar Gierlach in the 31st minute of the match. 34 minutes in the game Gheorghe Chifu did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Waldemar Gierlach. FC Valea Lotrului's kaya Akkanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Gierlach in the 36th minute of play. kaya Akkanoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldemar Gierlach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. kaya Akkanoğlu made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Fabian Zăreanu sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to FC Valea Lotrului getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Gavril Zăreanu hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Champions Iasi's Eusebiu Crăciunaș tried to score from far away in the 43rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Fabian Zăreanu took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for kaya Akkanoğlu to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

Waldemar Gierlach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Champions Iasi's Waldemar Gierlach got a free kick in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, FC Valea Lotrului's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Gierlach came free, but kaya Akkanoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Valea Lotrului's kaya Akkanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Gierlach in the 58th minute of play. Rouven Nussli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionică Martinaș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 minutes of play, Champions Iasi's Fabian Zăreanu made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. kaya Akkanoğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Zăreanu in the 66th minute of play forced FC Valea Lotrului's goalkeeper kaya Akkanoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. kaya Akkanoğlu came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Champions Iasi's Waldemar Gierlach. But to his dismay, Waldemar Gierlach quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. 72 minutes into the match, Stefan Pieters had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of kaya Akkanoğlu. FC Valea Lotrului's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stefan Pieters was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. kaya Akkanoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Zăreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After a rather tough play, FC Valea Lotrului's Gavril Zăreanu got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Valea Lotrului's goalkeeper kaya Akkanoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ionică Martinaș might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rouven Nussli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ionică Martinaș ran back to his position shaking his head. FC Valea Lotrului's kaya Akkanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Gierlach in the 83rd minute of play. kaya Akkanoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isac Muntian in the 85th minute of play. After 86 minutes FC Valea Lotrului's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eusebiu Crăciunaș who took care of the corner kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Waldemar Gierlach advanced and headed the ball into goal, 11-0 in the 87th minute. kaya Akkanoğlu came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Champions Iasi's Fabian Zăreanu. But to his dismay, Fabian Zăreanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. kaya Akkanoğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Waldemar Gierlach went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score.
