Gheorghe Druță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Mănescu in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, STRESSLES FIGHTERS's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Mănescu came free, but Gheorghe Druță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The STRESSLES FIGHTERS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gheorghe Druță should have stopped the shot. If Eusebiu Mustățea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Eusebiu Mustățea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Mănescu in the 38th minute of play forced STRESSLES FIGHTERS's goalkeeper Gheorghe Druță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st match minute, STRESSLES FIGHTERS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vali Bala to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to STRESSLES FIGHTERS getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Aron Cudalb hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. The coaching staff of STRESSLES FIGHTERS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Iurie Taşcu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Aron Cudalb struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Ferdinand Amurăriței didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for STRESSLES FIGHTERS. Denis Mănescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the game, Vali Bala was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. STRESSLES FIGHTERS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Eagles Sibiu the free kick.
