Minaur Baia Mare -MM-'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Dorin Onuț scored to the left of an out of position Marcel Strungă, making the score, 2-0. If Emanuel Roşoga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Emanuel Roşoga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcel Strungă. Minaur Baia Mare -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emanuel Roşoga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Marcel Strungă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Roşoga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Emre Karakushev took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Marcel Strungă to make any attempt to save it. After 35 played minutes Strambeni got a freekick which was hit by Olimpiu Buta. In the 36th minute, Florin Brânzaș got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Strambeni's Olimpiu Buta got a free kick in the 39th minute. After 42 played minutes Minaur Baia Mare -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Dacian Leahu. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Emanuel Roşoga took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Marcel Strungă to make any attempt to save it. Emanuel Roşoga had several of the Minaur Baia Mare -MM-'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 46 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 6-0 score and a disappointed Marcel Strungă as he didn't even see the shot coming.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Roşoga made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Emre Karakushev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcel Strungă was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. A collision led to Minaur Baia Mare -MM- getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Călin Aelenei hit a great ball. Marcel Strungă guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emre Karakushev in the 75th minute of play forced Minaur Baia Mare -MM-'s goalkeeper Marcel Strungă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 minutes, Dorin Onuț made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Minaur Baia Mare -MM-'s Marcel Strungă tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcel Strungă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorin Onuț in the 96th minute of the match. Strambeni walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
