Nichifor Codruț's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ferdinand Amurăriței read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Nichifor Codruț might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ferdinand Amurăriței. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nichifor Codruț ran back to his position shaking his head. If Nichifor Codruț had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ferdinand Amurăriței showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nichifor Codruț in the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Adam Gheorghiță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denis Mănescu hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Octav Boc replaced Gavril Donose. A collision led to F.C.BARLAD getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Adam Gheorghiță hit a great ball. After 72 played minutes F.C.BARLAD got a freekick which was hit by Adam Gheorghiță. 76 minutes into the game, F.C.BARLAD's Nichifor Codruț nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferdinand Amurăriței made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nichifor Codruț in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferdinand Amurăriței saved FC Eagles Sibiu from getting behind. 84 minutes into the match, FC Eagles Sibiu's goalkeeper Ferdinand Amurăriței had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nichifor Codruț. Cezar Drăgoi got a throw-in 93 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Per Fernström. Wojtek Szczęsny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maraman Belo in the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched F.C.BARLAD eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
