The referee ignored Berindel's protests and gave Paul Pădureanu a yellow card for diving instead. After 10 played minutes Berindel got a freekick which was hit by Paul Pădureanu. The crowd rose to their feet as A4p SIAD's Costin Godeanu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Radu Şchiopu. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. Gabriel Cârstoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nichifor Todericiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Felix Drăucean kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Radu Şchiopu. That made the score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. A collision led to A4p SIAD getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Costin Godeanu hit a great ball. Radu Şchiopu made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Costin Godeanu sent off a good shot on target. In the 23rd minute, Costin Godeanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A4p SIAD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. With a little luck, Berindel's Radu Şchiopu got control of the ball when Felix Drăucean tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Nichifor Beca took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Radu Şchiopu to make any attempt to save it. Dragoş Zdrăilă hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, A4p SIAD's Felix Drăucean got a free kick in the 33rd minute. A collision led to A4p SIAD getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Olimpiu Doinaș hit a great ball. Gabriel Cârstoiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ionuț Ştati's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Costin Godeanu took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Radu Şchiopu to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ionuț Ştati to strike the kick off in the second half. Pompiliu Frântu kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After 63 played minutes Berindel got a freekick which was hit by Eusebiu Ţeica. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Octavian Petran during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 64 played minutes A4p SIAD got a freekick which was hit by Octavian Petran. Radu Şchiopu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olimpiu Doinaș, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The A4p SIAD fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when A4p SIAD's Costin Godeanu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Emilian Iorgu came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the A4p SIAD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilian Iorgu couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olimpiu Doinaș in the 87th minute of play forced Berindel's goalkeeper Radu Şchiopu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berindel's Paul Pădureanu got his second yellow card of the match in the 90th minute. The referee ordered Paul Pădureanu off the ground. After a rather tough play, Berindel's Paul Pădureanu got a free kick in the 90th minute. After 95 played minutes A4p SIAD got a freekick which was hit by Iustinian Iorgulescu. Ionuț Ştati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Cârstoiu having to interfere. There was no doubt that A4p SIAD were the better team. A4p SIAD's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
