Spectators: 8014 (Terracing: 6012, Seating: 1843, VIP seats: 159) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Victor Dobrotă took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Daniel Onega came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Onega couldn't finish the play. In the 12th minute Cui Zhen Yong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcu Zdroană saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 played minutes ITA Arad got a freekick which was hit by Denis Tofan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Tiberian got free with Ovidiu Dincă in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcu Zdroană came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM-'s Daniel Onega. But to his dismay, Daniel Onega quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cui Zhen Yong in the 25th minute of play forced ITA Arad's goalkeeper Marcu Zdroană to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidiu Dincă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergiu Cerchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victor Dobrotă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the game, Grigore Moșanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Marcu Zdroană was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the ITA Arad defense, Daniel Onega kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcu Zdroană. The ITA Arad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcu Zdroană should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in ITA Arad's zone, Grigore Moșanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcu Zdroană came out of the goal and Grigore Moșanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sorin Floreanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Marcu Zdroană tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Cui Zhen Yong notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of ITA Arad's Marcu Zdroană. Marcu Zdroană was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The ITA Arad players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM- were winning 0-4.

Marcu Zdroană made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Daniel Onega sent off a good shot on target. ITA Arad's Marcu Zdroană proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save ITA Arad from getting a goal against them. Ovidiu Dincă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Tiberian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM-'s Sorin Floreanu got a free kick in the 59th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Onega got free with Marcu Zdroană in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM-'s Daniel Onega got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Marcu Zdroană managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM-'s Cui Zhen Yong fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcu Zdroană stood somewhat misplaced when Sorin Floreanu came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 65 minute. 68 minutes into the match, ITA Arad's goalkeeper Marcu Zdroană had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sorin Floreanu. 71 minutes into the match, Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Felix Tiberian came free, but Ovidiu Dincă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcu Zdroană made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cui Zhen Yong in the 72nd minute. In the 72nd minute, Cui Zhen Yong reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcu Zdroană. The goal made the score 0-6. When ITA Arad's Felix Tiberian in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM-'s goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Daniel Onega sped through ITA Arad's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcu Zdroană. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cui Zhen Yong in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcu Zdroană prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Daniel Onega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the game, Sergiu Cerchez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Ovidiu Dincă was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcu Zdroană made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grigore Moșanu in the 89th minute of play. Claudiu Cezar's late challenge caught a Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claudiu Cezar helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, ITA Arad's Claudiu Cezar got a free kick in the 90th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cui Zhen Yong got free with Marcu Zdroană in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cui Zhen Yong in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcu Zdroană, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With an all-out effort, Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM-'s Marcu Zdroană threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Claudinei Travassos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The ITA Arad fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM- were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
