Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5900, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) 4 minutes into the game, Paul Ipate was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ITA Arad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave OLIVER ATHLETIC the free kick. After a rather tough play, ITA Arad's Paul Ipate got a free kick in the 4th minute. OLIVER ATHLETIC's Gilbert Latocha shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 4th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Genzo Wakashimazu but with some difficulty. The audience was convinced that Victor Dobrotă's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vecdi Bedel was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. OLIVER ATHLETIC's Vecdi Bedel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Dobrotă in the 7th minute of play. Victor Dobrotă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vecdi Bedel having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in OLIVER ATHLETIC's zone, Sergiu Cerchez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vecdi Bedel came out of the goal and Sergiu Cerchez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute, Virgil Pumnu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The OLIVER ATHLETIC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olof Törnqvist got free with Genzo Wakashimazu in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Genzo Wakashimazu was a little too slow when Birkan Cam got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 2-0. Victor Dobrotă kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Genzo Wakashimazu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Latocha in the 26th minute of play. Vecdi Bedel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Dobrotă in the 28th minute of the match. ITA Arad's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Paul Ipate in the 29th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of OLIVER ATHLETIC's goalie and right to Leontin Bot. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. OLIVER ATHLETIC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. ITA Arad's Genzo Wakashimazu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save ITA Arad from getting a goal against them. OLIVER ATHLETIC were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after ITA Arad's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gilbert Latocha took the corner. At last the ball reached Olof Törnqvist at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of ITA Arad. 3-0. In the 37th match minute, ITA Arad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Tofan to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Birkan Cam dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Genzo Wakashimazu, 4-0. Virgil Pumnu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Genzo Wakashimazu came out and tried to block the shot, but Virgil Pumnu slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 42nd minute. Sergiu Cerchez's late challenge caught a OLIVER ATHLETIC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sergiu Cerchez helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, ITA Arad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergiu Cerchez to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to ITA Arad getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Paul Ipate hit a great ball. OLIVER ATHLETIC's Gilbert Latocha shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 47th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Dobrotă couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the ITA Arad defense, Birkan Cam kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Genzo Wakashimazu. The ITA Arad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Genzo Wakashimazu should have stopped the shot. Vecdi Bedel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Dobrotă's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Victor Dobrotă did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 7-1 to the left of a surprised Vecdi Bedel 66 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudiu Cezar got free with Vecdi Bedel in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victor Ababei kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Genzo Wakashimazu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Lore, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Genzo Wakashimazu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgil Pumnu in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute Gilbert Latocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genzo Wakashimazu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. OLIVER ATHLETIC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
