But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isac Cutieru couldn't finish the play. Valer Şoiman kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Real Mangalia - BTF were awarded a corner. Codrin Zogreanu went to the cornerflag to take it. Mikhail Bannikov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Cutieru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute of the match BilascuBM got a corner. Real Mangalia - BTF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valer Şoiman ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 14 minutes, Mugur Aursulesei mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Mangalia - BTF and the BilascuBM players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th minute, Mugur Aursulesei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Real Mangalia - BTF's Jaime Villegas got a free kick in the 17th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Mikhail Bannikov successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 20 minutes into the game, Jaime Villegas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Mangalia - BTF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BilascuBM the free kick. In the 24th minute Horea Cucu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikhail Bannikov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, BilascuBM's goal looked a bit too open when Carter Scudieri came free, but Dumitru Neața reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of BilascuBM booed when Real Mangalia - BTF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Villegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mikhail Bannikov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horea Cucu, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 35th minute, Horea Cucu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mikhail Bannikov. The goal made the score 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horea Cucu in the 39th minute of play forced Real Mangalia - BTF's goalkeeper Mikhail Bannikov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 minutes Real Mangalia - BTF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Valer Şoiman who took care of the corner kick. The corner led BilascuBM's Selwyn Morøe to fire away a dangerous shot which Mikhail Bannikov despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Jens-Uwe Schram fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dumitru Neața having to interfere. BilascuBM's Dumitru Neața played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Uwe Schram in the 52nd minute of play. Real Mangalia - BTF's Mikhail Bannikov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horea Cucu in the 54th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Jaime Villegas in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by BilascuBM's Selwyn Morøe. Horea Cucu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Mikhail Bannikov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the game, Jaime Villegas threw the ball into play from the sideline. BilascuBM's Selwyn Morøe quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 77 minutes of play, BilascuBM's Isac Cutieru made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mikhail Bannikov was left in no man's land by his defense there! BilascuBM's Isac Cutieru got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mikhail Bannikov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horea Cucu in the 81st minute of the match. Mikhail Bannikov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horea Cucu in the 83rd minute of play. 3-1 became the score in the 86th minute when Carter Scudieri elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Codrin Zogreanu's late challenge caught a BilascuBM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Codrin Zogreanu helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Real Mangalia - BTF defense, Horea Cucu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mikhail Bannikov. The Real Mangalia - BTF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mikhail Bannikov should have stopped the shot. BilascuBM were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Real Mangalia - BTF for a fine match.
