Eduardo Pereyra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Mihăilă in the 2nd minute of play. Nazım Taci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 陶崇海 having to make a save. 4 minutes into the match, A4p RAPID GUNNERS's goal looked a bit too open when Nazım Taci came free, but 陶崇海 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 陶崇海 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nazım Taci's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Nazım Taci's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 陶崇海 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. After 12 played minutes New York Red Bulls got a freekick which was hit by Basarab Panduru. In the 14th minute of the match Ionuț Balc sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but 陶崇海 skillfully saved the ball. George Schiau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A sloppy throw-in by Pompiliu Calini in the 20th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by New York Red Bulls's Doru Coman. In the 20th minute, George Schiau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 21 played minutes New York Red Bulls got a freekick which was hit by Doru Coman. Eduardo Pereyra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iacob Sinulescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nazım Taci in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 陶崇海 saved A4p RAPID GUNNERS from getting behind. 陶崇海 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nazım Taci, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 31st match minute, A4p RAPID GUNNERS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pompiliu Calini to maneuver through the defense. Nazım Taci's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 陶崇海 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Marius Maior tried in the 34th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy 陶崇海 a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 2-0. New York Red Bulls's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Basarab Panduru in the 45th minute. The corner led New York Red Bulls's Basarab Panduru to fire away a dangerous shot which 陶崇海 despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dacian Popoacă in the 46th minute of play forced New York Red Bulls's goalkeeper Eduardo Pereyra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

George Mihăilă hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in A4p RAPID GUNNERS's zone, George Schiau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 陶崇海 came out of the goal and George Schiau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 陶崇海 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nazım Taci in the 61st minute of play. After 62 minutes of play, New York Red Bulls's Nazım Taci made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 陶崇海 was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by George Mihăilă in the 65th minute of play forced New York Red Bulls's goalkeeper Eduardo Pereyra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nazım Taci in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 陶崇海 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of A4p RAPID GUNNERS booed when New York Red Bulls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. George Schiau didn't get a good kick on the ball. When New York Red Bulls's Nazım Taci in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A4p RAPID GUNNERS's goalie prevented a goal. In the 79th minute, Pompiliu Calini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nazım Taci took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 陶崇海. 陶崇海 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. 86 minutes into the match, New York Red Bulls's Nazım Taci sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 陶崇海 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. George Schiau blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 陶崇海 having to make a save. New York Red Bulls's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
