The audience was convinced that Eduard Caranică's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mikhail Bannikov was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carter Scudieri in the 32nd minute of play forced Plochi Fc's goalkeeper Mihail Gurzău to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
