After 9 minutes, Dumitru Hârțan made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. minerul -MM-'s Remus Marchiș tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iurie Goma in the 12th minute of play forced minerul -MM-'s goalkeeper Remus Marchiș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Viorel Zgîrţa came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the minerul -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viorel Zgîrţa couldn't finish the play. Remus Marchiș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klement Golaszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Klement Golaszewski took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remus Marchiș. Remus Marchiș dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Remus Marchiș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klement Golaszewski in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, minerul -MM-'s Leontin Cartiș got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Claudiu Bădescu kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind minerul -MM-'s goalkeeper Remus Marchiș, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Remus Marchiș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dumitru Hârțan, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, minerul -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Iurie Goma came free, but Remus Marchiș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Eugen Bădoi fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored minerul -MM-'s protests and gave Eugen Bădoi a yellow card for diving instead. After 28 played minutes minerul -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Eugen Bădoi. 29 minutes into the match, minerul -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Dumitru Hârțan came free, but Remus Marchiș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krestoffer Grahavn was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Viorel Zgîrţa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Viorel Zgîrţa really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. 33 minutes into the match, Iurie Goma had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remus Marchiș. minerul -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iurie Goma was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Remus Marchiș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dumitru Hârțan in the 40th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, Dumitru Hârțan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Remus Marchiș was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half YR☆Sporting Alexandria were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dumitru Hârțan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Dumitru Hârțan notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of minerul -MM-'s Remus Marchiș. Remus Marchiș was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of YR☆Sporting Alexandria booed when minerul -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugen Bădoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iurie Goma could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Remus Marchiș made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klement Golaszewski in the 62nd minute of play forced minerul -MM-'s goalkeeper Remus Marchiș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute of the match YR☆Sporting Alexandria got a corner. minerul -MM-'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Klement Golaszewski ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led YR☆Sporting Alexandria's Klement Golaszewski to fire away a dangerous shot which Remus Marchiș despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. minerul -MM-'s Remus Marchiș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iurie Goma in the 66th minute of play. minerul -MM-'s Remus Marchiș proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save minerul -MM- from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dumitru Hârțan got free with Remus Marchiș in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dumitru Hârțan did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-8 to the left of a surprised Remus Marchiș 70 minutes into the match. After 73 minutes of play, YR☆Sporting Alexandria's Klement Golaszewski made it 1-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remus Marchiș was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Klement Golaszewski in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remus Marchiș prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 79th minute Klement Golaszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Marchiș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iurie Goma in the 82nd minute of play forced minerul -MM-'s goalkeeper Remus Marchiș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to minerul -MM- getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Costel Marghescu hit a great ball. Remus Marchiș was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Klement Golaszewski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal.
