But to his dismay, Ferdinand Baldovin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, JUVENTUS TORINO's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Baldovin came free, but Ernest Ghiciușca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Ferdinand Baldovin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ernest Ghiciușca. JUVENTUS TORINO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ferdinand Baldovin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliodor Moisescu in the 25th minute of play forced JUVENTUS TORINO's goalkeeper Ernest Ghiciușca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliodor Moisescu scored 0-4 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ernest Ghiciușca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 27th minute Filip Vlaicu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Ghiciușca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

After a rather tough play, JUVENTUS TORINO's Lucian Savu got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Ernest Ghiciușca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdinand Baldovin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aírton Penha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iustin Tătaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Radowit Osielski got free with Ernest Ghiciușca in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, JUVENTUS TORINO's Ernest Ghiciușca got control of the ball when Radowit Osielski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Filip Vlaicu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 88th minute. AC MiLaN's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, JUVENTUS TORINO's Ion Luțu got a free kick in the 91st minute. The AC MiLaN fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when AC MiLaN's Radowit Osielski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Franko Baresi during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
