The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of FC Banat Steierdorf booed when PamantDeFlori was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sorin Stoica didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arne Võsandi came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by PamantDeFlori's Remus Simionaş. But to his dismay, Remus Simionaş quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emiliano Umanzor in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arne Võsandi saved FC Banat Steierdorf from getting behind. When FC Banat Steierdorf's Petrică Dragu in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PamantDeFlori's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of FC Banat Steierdorf booed when PamantDeFlori was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sorin Stoica didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivan Popete stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petrică Dragu's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. The FC Banat Steierdorf fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when FC Banat Steierdorf's Petrică Dragu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, FC Banat Steierdorf's Petrică Dragu got a free kick in the 24th minute. After 25 minutes, Costin Tadici mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Banat Steierdorf and the PamantDeFlori players grew even worse after the yellow card. 25 minutes into the game, one of FC Banat Steierdorf:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Arne Võsandi had in the 26thth minute some difficulties stopping Pompiliu Pamfil's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Arne Võsandi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remus Simionaş in the 29th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Marin Covrig had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arne Võsandi. FC Banat Steierdorf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marin Covrig was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 34th minute, Vladimír Salaba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arne Võsandi made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Marin Covrig sent off a good shot on target. Marin Covrig made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 40thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Arne Võsandi would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. If Emiliano Umanzor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 played minutes FC Banat Steierdorf got a freekick which was hit by Nicolae Grădinaru. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Petrică Dragu was the one to do the kick off. Marin Covrig took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arne Võsandi. Arne Võsandi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 59th minute Emiliano Umanzor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Võsandi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marin Covrig in the 64th minute of play forced FC Banat Steierdorf's goalkeeper Arne Võsandi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 65 played minutes PamantDeFlori got a freekick which was hit by Pompiliu Pamfil. Ionuț Baicea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Ivan Popete made a huge save. In the 70th minute Petrică Dragu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Popete saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Marin Covrig made a precise shot to the right of Arne Võsandi. FC Banat Steierdorf's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Ivan Popete made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Petrică Dragu sent off a good shot on target. Arne Võsandi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Simionaş in the 78th minute of play. Ivan Popete had in the 81stth minute some difficulties stopping Vintilă Busuioceanu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a rather tough play, PamantDeFlori's Pompiliu Pamfil got a free kick in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Remus Simionaş had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arne Võsandi. FC Banat Steierdorf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remus Simionaş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Arne Võsandi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marin Covrig went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. PamantDeFlori had won after a very even match.
